Power-BI Admin and Developer (M/W/D)
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop compelling and informative reports, dashboards, and visualizations in collaboration with Group Controlling and Data Owner using Power BI.
o Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and translate them into effective solutions.
o Optimize data models, queries, and visuals to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Manage and administer the Power BI platform, including user access, security settings, and data source connections.
o Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of Power BI reports and datasets.
o Stay updated with Power BI updates and implement best practices across the platform.
o Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into Power BI for accurate reporting.
o Ensure that data sources are reliable, secure, and optimized for use with Power BI
o Conduct data analysis and data modeling to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Skills & Experience:
o Proven record of accomplishment in developing impactful Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
o Proficiency in data visualization best practices and principles.
o Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and ETL processes.
o Experience in administering and managing Power BI workspaces, gateways, and datasets.
o Solid knowledge of SQL and data querying for retrieving and manipulating data.
o Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal.
