Open Innovation Manager (M/W/D)
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement an open innovation strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision
o Identify key focus areas for innovation and potential collaboration opportunities
o Explore external ecosystems, startups, academia, and industry partners to identify innovation opportunities
o Assess the potential of new technologies, trends, and market disruptions
o Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
o Work closely with internal teams to align open innovation efforts with business objectives and development projects
o Facilitate knowledge transfer and integration of external innovations within the company
o Develop metrics to evaluate the success and impact of open innovation initiatives

Skills & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business informatics, technology, innovation, etc.). MBA may be preferred
o Min. five years working experience, preferably in strategic consulting, venture capital, or entrepreneurship
o Proven experience in open innovation, technology scouting, or partnership development
o Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and innovation processes
o Project management skills to oversee the implementation of new initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously
o Excellent networking and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
o Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
